Gateway is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of sales and marketing for a private ambulance service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase Run Volume by gaining new business, and working on current contracted facilities to assure all possible runs are attained.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing to maintain current contracted facilities as well as gain new contracts.
• Implement all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Determine and manage marketing budget.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers at all area facilities.
• Act as liaison between company and facilities addressing issues, customer complaints, and facility needs.
• Analyze current market conditions and trends as well as competitor information.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting monthly run volume trends, and weekly call reports.
• Negotiations of contracts, and following contract fulfillment
• Work closely with Director of Operations, Dispatch, and other departments, as well as crews to keep them informed of trends and needs in your market.
• Maintain regular visits to contracted facilities as well as targeted facilities.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Advertising
• Minimum 4-6 years Sales/Marketing experience
• Outstanding negotiation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Medical background plus.
