CARE Ambulance is currently seeking a Street Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Street Supervisor will conduct facility audits, provide training and allocate all resources (personnel & equipment) as needed to maintain our high service standards. Standards include making sure all crews are prompt to service our customers. The Director or Assistant Director may require other administrative duties to be performed as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre Operation
Check unit to assure it is fully functional, stocked, etc.
Operation
Assist the crews with the readying of the trucks
Ensure a smooth transition between the shifts
Make sure radios and drugs are checked out properly and crews turn in vehicle check sheets
Keep the Assistant Director informed of any issues that require attention
Conduct training as required or needed
Observe proper procedures are being followed by all crews
Ensure safety compliance by all crewmembers and report violations
Maintain effective communications with Dispatch
Any other day to day operational issue that comes up
Make sure each crew completes duties (clean-up) list
Check units at facilities for locked units, proper paperwork, professionalism by crews
Post Operation
Crews wash outside and clean inside of vehicle, refueled, restocked
At the end of the crews shift, making sure all paperwork is filled out and turned in
Communicate any necessary information to Dispatch and the next shift
Document and forward any issues to the Assistant Director and Director by e-mail
Qualification Requirements:
Certified EMT or Paramedic
1+ years of service with the company
Valid state drivers license
