Procarent is currently seeking a Call Taker

Job Summary
The Call Taker assists the assists in dispatching cab services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer calls into Digital Dispatch System
• Taking phone calls from customers
• Data Entry (entering orders for taxi service)
• Communicating with drivers on customer issues and needs
• All other duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age.
• Clean criminal background check and ability to pass drug screen.
• Must be able to type 35 WPM.
• Detail oriented, ability to cope in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good standing within current position (attendance, discipline, etc.).
